Die Himbeeren vorsichtig zum Rahm geben.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n4 grosse (oder 8 kleine)\u00a0Meringue\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">grob zwischen den H\u00e4nden verkleinern, vorsichtig zum Rest dazugeben. In eine Form giessen. Mindestens 4 Stunden im Tiefk\u00fchler lagern. Mit Champagner servieren.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h1>Mousse ghiacciata ai lamponi<\/h1>\r\n(dal Sud di Francia)\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n400gr di lamponi (non zuccherati)\r\n\r\nSucco di un mezzo limone\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">Tritare i lamponi e mescolare col succo di limone.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n25cl di panna fresca\r\n\r\n200gr di zucchero a velo\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">Montare la panna con lo zucchero a velo.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">Prendere i lamponi e mescolarli colla panna con cautela.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n4 meringhe grandi (oppure 8 piccole)\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">Tritare le meringhe e mescolarle lentamente con il resto. Versare la crema in una forma. Lasciarla nel congelatore perlomeno quattro ore.
